Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NOW-FIND, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. NOW-FIND is a marketplace and job platform operated for users in Qatar.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use NOW-FIND. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these terms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information as needed. NOW-FIND reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Listings & Content

Users may post listings for products, services, and job opportunities. All content must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading. Prohibited items and content include:

  • Illegal goods or services
  • Counterfeit or stolen items
  • Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials
  • Adult content or services
  • Discriminatory or hate speech
  • Spam, scams, or fraudulent listings

5. Transactions

NOW-FIND provides a platform for buyers and sellers to connect. We are not a party to transactions between users. Users are responsible for arranging payment, delivery, and dispute resolution. We recommend meeting in safe public places for local exchanges.

6. Premium Subscriptions

NOWFIND+ subscriptions are billed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on NOW-FIND, including logos, trademarks, and software, is the property of NOW-FIND or its licensors. Users retain ownership of content they post but grant NOW-FIND a license to display and distribute such content on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

NOW-FIND is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOW-FIND shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

NOW-FIND reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Qatar.
