At NOW-FIND, we want you to be satisfied with your premium subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for NOWFIND+ and Business plan subscriptions.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within 7 days of your subscription purchase or renewal if:
- You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using premium features
- The service was materially different from what was advertised
- You were accidentally charged due to a billing error
- You did not authorize the subscription purchase
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the 7-day period
- Failure to use the premium features during the subscription period
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
- Partial month usage — we do not prorate refunds for partial usage
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions unless otherwise stated
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@nowfind.qa with your account email, transaction details, and the reason for your refund request. We aim to process refund requests within 5-7 business days.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the subscription expires. Cancellations do not automatically trigger refunds.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate your request by contacting our customer relations team. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
